Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or purchased during promotional sales.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • UPI & Net Banking: 3–7 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible, you may request a replacement according to this policy.
